There is a Microsoft issue affecting multiple brands of printers, which includes the Zebra printer portfolio when printing from PCs that have been recently updated via the Windows Update Service. The most common symptom is print jobs being sent, but not actually printing.

If you believe may have been impacted, please take the following actions:
  • Familiarize yourself with the issue support page on Zebra.com. This page will be updated as more information and support resources become available from Microsoft.
  • Should you need additional or more specific support to resolve the issue, Zebra’s regional Technical Support Teams are prepared to assist you on Zebra Printers.
